My husband and I cannot say enough good things about working with Tamara. From the extremely informative and helpful prenatal sessions to assisting us in early postpartum, working with Tamara was nothing but a positive experience. During such an intimate and emotional time, Tamara supported us in every way. She even gave us a rebozo to help with my pregnancy/labor pain and baby carrying.
Tamara was always prompt and extremely communicative. Throughout our experience, Tamara was always available and no question was too small. Tamara was so kind, never judgmental and always provided us with the information and tools to make the best decision for our family.
Tamara was incredible during the birth experience, supporting us when my water broke and throughout labor at the hospital. After my birth, Tamara helped get us organized and helped give us more tools, on how to care for our baby.
I initially struggled with breastfeeding and almost gave up. Tamara supported me in figuring out pumping and formula but also continued to work with me on breastfeeding. I am still breastfeeding thanks to Tamara’s support. I cannot imagine the labor and postpartum experience without Tamara and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fully supportive doula.

I am proud to say that Tamara is a genuine and caring person. Tamara is efficient, detail oriented, and extremely competent. She is organized and never misses a deadline or forgets an assignment. Tamara also has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. She is patient and respectful to both children and the elderly, and every age in between. Her excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) allows her to connect with all kinds of people and inspires them to do their best. In summary, I highly recommend Tamara for any endeavor.

Tamara is such a caring individual and was an amazing doula. Having Tamara support us as our postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I, to this day, do not know how we would have done it without her help - notably during the first few weeks when we, as new parents, had no idea what was going on or what was "normal."
Tamara is very knowledgeable, and in addition to her education and training, draws on experience with many families and her doula community to help answer questions and advise on anything from how to bathe your baby, breastfeeding, diapering your baby, to how to handle a fussy baby who doesn't want to be consoled. She also helped with household duties such as, dishes, meal prep, and laundry.
Tamara responds quickly if you text her with a question or concern. She always has a positive attitude and is so easygoing. She proactively suggests what she can help with if you're too overwhelmed to even figure out what could be helpful.
Her support to me as a new mom experiencing all the emotions was very patient and understanding. I always felt like I could talk to her without judgement, which was so important. After Tamara completed her time with us, she left us a gift package, which we absolutely cherish.
