BIRTH DOULA

As a birth doula, I am a specially trained birth companion providing emotional and physical support during the labor process. I serve as a member of your birthing team (including physicians, midwifes, nurses, and more) who is entirely focused on your physical comfort and emotional well-being during and after the birthing process.

As a postpartum doula, I am trained in assisting families during the postpartum period (sometimes referred to as the 4th trimester), or the three months after birth. My job is to help integrate your new child into the family and help you find balance with the additional member.
